I am very sorry I didn't check with Yelp first. What a scam!! After getting a quote of around $70 for three rooms and a sofa, the tech arrived on time and that was the only good thing about the visit. After doing his test spot, he proceeded to quote an updated price of over $400. After we finally got them to do the work for the ortiginal price, the results were shoddy to say the least. Every spot was still there and the whole job took probably no more than twenty minutes. He spent more time trying to sell us on the expensive job. Do yourself a favor and do not call Stain Masters, as far as I'm concerned they are only masters of the bait and switch.
