I have to say that I was leery at first because it was through the home warranty so I thought they would give me bad service. But they didn't. The temps outside were 116, so a lot of people had their AC out and they were busy. But they did come out the next day. They were unable to make the window time they gave me by half an hour, but they kept me informed with where they were time wise. The tech wax knowledgeable and worked fast and efficiently. He resolved the problem fast and was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again
