Love, love, love this place! Been eating there since it opened. Honestly, one of my favorite places to eat breakfast EVER! Killer Mexican breakfast plates (couple of fried eggs, beans, chorizo and fresh tortillas) and their pancakes defy logic...divine really! They are just so good! Some of the best pancakes I think I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Weekends can be a little crazy and sometimes, AS OF LATE, I get the feeling they are running short with waitstaff. Servers aways appear to be running all over, cant seem to keep up and having done the whole server thing myself in college I feel for them. I know that look :/
Management: You guys need more servers on the weekends or expos - food runners, anything to make things run smoother and less "the sky is falling" for the clientele. Been there 2 Sundays in a row this month and felt service was slipping a bit. I truly love the restaurant though and the quality of food is top notch!! The ambiance is cool and the location is on point. I will keep eating there no doubt...just get more servers already!
