Not very happy with Cobblestone spa at first. The verdict is still out. I bought a pre Paid detail card from them back on 8/29/09 and I tried to use it today. When I bought it the person that sold it to be stated they would take me back to work and then pick me up when they were done. This was a huge selling point for me so I agreed to purchase. I tried to use it today only to find out they do not shuttle people back and forth. So I went in there to get a refund but I was told I would have to co to the corporate office.
This did not make me very happy. Mike the manager gave me a free car wash and invited me back for the detail. He said he would make arrangements for me to get to and from work. So I will give them another shot.
