I really like that you're in and out in an hour. Its the intense workout at a level that most people can't always get by doing their own workout at a regular gym. The energy in the room is infectious and fun and each person in the class can work at their own pace - each person is there for a reason, on their own journey. It's really fun to meet my own community and hear everyone's "why" behind their workout. The music is always on point and motivating, and the coaches are encouraging. Base package per session rate is $59 for 4 sessions/ month. $14.75 per class. Not cheap. Comparable to other high end fitness classes. One more thing--instructors: Please, never get lazy. Always watch people's form in the weight training area. Or you'll start having more and more injuries! 5/14/18 Updated review: I joined OTF in 2015 so I've been a member for a long time. I have had 2 kids since then, so my perspective has changed. There have been a few things that affect my review of OTF in general, not just this location. And these are reasons why I'm cancelling my membership after this many years. 1) Want to bring a friend? It's $28 freakin dollars to drop in. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand $18 because that's what I pay for an extra session if I go over my allotted 4/month, but WHY ALMOST $30 for ONE session?! Solution 1: I'm bringing them in as my guest--charge me an extra session. Solution 2: Offer a "bring a friend in for free" pass once a year for an ongoing member. After a year of basic membership I've spent AT LEAST $708 with you. One free friend pass for my sister visiting from out of town would be nice. 2) No childcare. No kids allowed. No childcare referrals. 3) Somehow OTF finds a way to get more money out of you than just your monthly membership fee. $10 session cancellation fee, $18 per session fee (if you go over your monthly package and don't have unlimited membership) Monthly events (the marathon challenge as the latest example) $25. I wish there was more flexibility and understanding from staff at times to give something for free to a longstanding member.
