My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I arrived @ 9:50 a.m. Filled out paperwork and sat down in the lobby area. At 11:45 a.m. I went to the check-in area and inquired how much longer it would be. The person told me the procedure takes about 25 to 30 minutes. I noted I wasn't asking about the procedure time, but how much longer before I would be called back for the MRI. They told me that I was next. I again inquired, how long, "next" would be. The person did not answer me. I then just told them, forget it. I will have my ENT refer me to another imaging place. I might have waited if I had not heard an interaction with them and another patient. She walked in and was there about 30 minutes. She was called over to the desk and was told to drink a liquid they handed to her. She told them that she can't tolerate certain flavors of this liquid and what flavor was it. The person said, "I don't know, smell it". And then told her, after looking at the clock, "oh and you have 15 minutes to drink it". That is when I decided I would leave. I didn't want anyone there touching me.
