A must stop on your Vegas ramen tour! We went late one Friday afternoon, and the spot was empty. I love the wooden interior; it feels clean and like you're entering a quiet little place outside of the Vegas bustle. The service was smiley, which is always appreciated. After perusing the short menu, my husband asked for a recommendation, and the waitress actually said she liked the chicken ramen, which is a unique offering. He went with her lead and enjoyed it. I went for my standard ramen order which is miso. I was pleased to know that they don't include bamboo shoots, so I didn't have to ask them to hold 'em. When the bowl hit the table, the only slightly disappointing aspect was the size. It seemed a bit smaller than other ramen bowls. However, it still delivered a big flavor, including corn niblets and bean sprouts! The noodles had the right chewiness, and the broth was a savory treat. The pork belly could have been a bit more luscious, but overall, it was a ramen experience worth repeating.
