Got a drive thru order that was wrong due to alergies i was told to come back and they would take care of me next time. Well I came back and they took care of my order. The manager didnt seem hapoy about it but they finally did the right thing. As for the quality of tje product...I cant say it was outstanding. Its certainly not the cheapest fast food place and to be honest some of the cheaper places like Wendys are better in my book. If you feel like being treated rudely and getting overcharged for a below average burger Carls is the place to be.
