Moved here about a month ago from San Francisco excited to try the pho in Las Vegas. Had high hopes for this place as it was highly recommended by some co workers & from the sign saying "Voted Best Veitnamese Restaurant." Wait time wasnt bad at all, but it took awhile to get our orders placed. It didnt bother me that our waitress couldnt bare much English but that was the reason why my order wasnt satisfied. She brought over a chef or manager or whatever guy she brought to the table. I, ever so nicely, told him about my order and he, ever so disrespectfully, denied me and walked away. I've never been so embarassed like this in food service before. I asked to see the manager and he as well was rude but I dont wanna bother wasting any more of my time on how dissatisfying my experience was here.
