I can't give it a zero, but they don't even deserve a one star, for someone to be representing such a big company I don't understand how they can get away with the sales technique, I'm not in the Insurance industry but I'm familiar with sales quotas, monthly goals and how demanding a commission based job is but that doesn't allow you not be upfront honest with pricing . They've changed my pricing 3 times and it keeps going up. Thank you State Farm i will now shop for new insurance or go back to Progressive at least my rate never changed and it was lower. We came to you because we were offered a better deal , but that deal/ quote just keeps going up. If you shop for insurance here make sure you ask if it's final if not don't give them you payment info. Based on my experience I would recommend not to do it and save yourself a hassle.
