I was pleasantly surprised to find Cindy who is this establishments franchise owner/operator was especially polite and helpful to me. I made my an appt. and got in and out without any delays. They even did a extra battery/alternator check for me at no extra charge, which determined I needed my battery replaced when I was told the day before by the other big name establishment where I had previously purchased my car battery who had tried to tell me after testing the battery it was good. Meineke determined otherwise and helped save me from having another unexpected roadside emergency just by taking a few extra minutes with me and for this I am truly grateful!
