I originally gave Sears a high rating here years ago, but I now have to downgrade them to one star. I am incensed and dissapointed! My wife and I recently purchased a brand new washing machine from this Sears (with delivery), and they did not deliver it yet! Here I am, sitting here waiting for my new washer, about an hour outside the time window, and they didn't even have the decency to call me to update what is going on! This is unacceptable. NEVER again will I buy anything at Sears. With lack of good service like this, I am sure it's only a matter of time before they 'go under'.
