Coolbox is the least expensive storage pods out there that I was able to find. They also have extended size (20-ft box) for extra storage. Boxes were clean and neat. However, all of the customer service in between the time your box is at the store yard was less than stellar. Called customer service and no one really knows what they're doing, especially billing. No one is really friendly at all, except for one. David at extension 310 was the only tremendously helpful person from the entire company. He took ownership of my call and really took care of the situation when we had many issues with re-delivery and haul away.
There is absolutely no communication with their customers whatsoever. I had to call to see why my boxes were not redelivered. Now when it came time for them to take the two boxes away, and once again I had to call after their missed timeframe to find out why no one is out here to take them away. Turns out that they don't have a driver in Vegas. But why weren't the customers on their schedules contacted when they knew they don't have employees working? They say it's going to delay pick up by a week, for now, hoping that they can hire someone. What a joke! Now I can't get my vehicles in my house because these two giant boxes are in the way. Someone needs to proactively communicate that to the customers instead of leaving that to be our responsibility to keep up on everything that's happening within their company.
**Some tips for any other customers-
Because these boxes are not fully sealed at the door and they're stored outside in the weather, all of the items 2-3 feet from the door are extremely dusty. Wish I would have known that so I could have put a tarp over my items.
