The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because I really loved the dentist I saw; Riza Abdelnour. She was understanding and gentle because I have a terrible fear of dentists and I have a terrible gag reflex. I was scheduled for 2 root canals and crowns. I got the crowns done but when it came to seeing the root canal surgeon and my gag reflex he refused to operate on me. So not only did I go because (obviously) I was in pain and I still left the office in pain after 4 hours. They referred me to a "sedation dentist" when I called them, they informed me they do not sedate. The receptionist asked me what happened. She said to let their office try so I agreed. Needless to say, I got my root canals done today with NO ISSUES, no sedation needed. I would NOT recommend this dental office for root canals if you're sensitive or have dentist anxiety because the surgeon doesn't care and won't bother which ultimately was fine for me. I'm glad I spent my money for the surgery elsewhere.
