Went here for a continuing education course. The food set up was very bland. Coffee, tea, water, juice. Plain bagels with warm cream cheese and no butter. The worst part is the orange juice had these black floating things in them and so I thought I would pour another one but the second glass had the same black floating things in them. Super disgusting. Secondly since we were at the course for more than 3 hours, my phone was dying trying to connect to wifi.
I went over to the front desk where a man who I think was Filipino (I wish I got his name) told me that they don't provide wifi to the banquet area and there was a firewall up specifically for the banquet area so you are forced to pay for wifi. Why would he say that? To piss me off?!?
WHat made me the most mad was the fact that he continued to walkie talkie the banquet manager after I told him that I didn't want to fall for the firewall scam that the hotel had put up.
What a jip and scam. Horrible service.
