Next time i'll travel the extra distance to a different petsmart for a nail trim. Upon walking in the grooming area it didn't look sanitary. The employees behind the counter were all occupied with other dogs - that's fine. but watching a dog get yelled at to stop and being punished for yelping while getting his ears yanked by a brush should have been my first red flag. this is my second visit here and both time employees were not friendly and looked very irritable. why do this job if you are so unhappy! when my dog was called to get her nails trimmed she was put on the table and every time a nail was snipped she let out a cry. looking at her nail beds now some look untouched while others look like they are down to the vein. i will never step foot in this petsmart again!!!
