Am I living in some sort of alternate universe where it is ok for three out of five employees to be screwing around while eight people stand in line?
No wonder management needs to post signs saying 'verbal abuse to staff will not be tolerated'. A person is torn between wanting to scream in frustration and wanting to register their car because they have waited until the last day possible.
Maybe if they had even one competitor in this city they would get it together. The only saving grace was the girl at the counter was nice when I finally got to her.
