Came here on the first day of opening, and yes it was PACKED. It's embarrassing to say this, but I actually waited in line for 45 minutes to get into the store - which wasn't even that packed. It was probably the first day and they just wanted people to realize how long people would wait to visit a store like Miniso. Being the first to open in Ontario, Miniso selected Pickering out of all neighbourhoods - which was actually quite surprising to me. But since I live on the East side of Markham, Miniso wasn't to far for me to visit. Selling Japanese styled items, all of these are made in China, for a decent price (not dollar store level cheap, but I'd say items range from $1.50 to $40ish, for reasonable priced goods. They have a small beauty section, slippers/hats/accessories section, mini stationary section, electronics, cute plushies and never seen toys that are attractive to people of all ages.
