I purchased a ticket for this tour of Vegas. I went on their website to look for the nearest departure stop. The nearest stop was Bally's. I followed the instructions and went to Bally's. After waiting for over a century the bus came and flew past me. Didn't stop at all. I was pissed. Later that day I spoke to someone on the phone about getting a refund. Her response to me was "Oh, we don't stop at Bally's, we have someone at Bally's directing people to another stop." Yes, you read that correctly. After a ridiculous statement like that, she asked me if I approached their representative at Bally's for help. I informed her there was no representative there at all. Clearly she was making things up as she went along. Finally, she gave me her email and told me to give her my ticket number, date of purchase and reason for refund. Never heard from her of course. I decided to open a dispute with paypal and that is the only way I got my money back. Never again.
