They have HORRIBLE customer service. I found a stray dog and contacted A Home 4 Spot for assistance and the president, Diana was extremely rude to me over the phone. I was merely looking for information on the options I had and she talked down to me and told me that "if she decided to work with me" then I would need to do all of these things for her and that it would "take more than a couple days" for the dog to acclimate if I decided to keep her and when I said I have another dog she replied, "so?" I've never been treated that way, especially by a non-profit that claims they help. Ultimately, they may do good for dogs but they're very selective about the process, don't take in all dogs and are nasty to their customers.
