My mom had a broken arm, near where her shoulder is located. It needs to be rehabbed so that she can go back to life as normal. They told me that she would need to be admitted to a skilled nursing facility for rehab. I asked them if they could provide me with a list of places where this could be done. They said that they would provide me with a list later on. The next day, I asked them for a list and they told me later. Same thing the day after. My mom was there for 4 days. They did not provide a list UNTIL THE MOMENT SHE WAS TO BE DISCHARGED! I think this is a pretty big decision and I would like some time to review the options so that I can make an informed decision. When I asked them to use one of their PCs so I can review some of the possibilities, they said NO. You know they must have PCs coming out their yin yang in a place like this. Hey, you MORONS. IF YOU PROVIDED ME INFORMATION IN ADVANCE, I WOULDN'T HAVE ASKED TO USE A PC. You know that they could have provided me with such a list days in advance. Waiting until discharge time gives me the impression that they are just a bunch of lazy a*holes.
