1 star for the horrific customer service I received this afternoon. If only I could've seen her name tag covered by her hair. The moment I walked in, a tall, brunette, sad-eyed lady eyed me down. I really didn't pay any mind to it and continued shopping. I came in here bc they currently have an awesome coupon where you receive a free item with a $10 purchase (I attached the coupon to this review). While I was checking out, I had the privilege of being rung out by the same nasty woman. When I told her about the coupon, she literally paused, looked at me, and then raised her voice to tell me my chosen item did not qualify bc it was over the $14 value. Dang girl. You mad? I made a quick swap and then finished the transaction. Now, what happened after REALLY topped it all off! I normally wait for chip readers to signal that it's ready to accept my card, but this time it didn't do it. I simply asked if it was ready and she goes: "Yup, we're just waiting on you." I just about had it. Never walking back in.
