The food is always delicious! We have a great experience with food and drinks every time we visit so I would say consistency with that is their big plus. Service is always mediocre. Never really felt waiters or waitresses going above and beyond. Just like most reviews.... The food makes up for the service! It is always busy on the weekends so its best to go during the week. Wish they offered their bean dip the whole day and not just in the mornings.
