I'm underwhelmed with the service at this location. Having been to the one on Camelback and 20th multiple time with great experiences, and getting my hair and makeup done for my wedding by a Primp and Blow stylist, I had high expectations after moving into the PV area and trying this location. I've been here three times over the last year and each time I've been only basically satisfied with my hair, although I had a great experience with my makeup once. It seems like the stylists don't know how to work with different hair textures. I have fine hair and I always warn them not to use too much heat or product and inevitably I walk out with a ton of hairspray and it seems like they are really rough with my hair. Like I need to use a deep conditioning mask the next day. In addition, I've left twice with a style that was not what I asked for, and was still expected to pay for the service. This last time I made an appointment and was called the next day and asked to move it. I also overheard the stylist next to me tell her client she couldn't do everything the girl wanted because she didn't have enough time. It just seems like they aren't customer centric or particularly professional. Just meh.
