total rip off. owner, Joshua, came out to give me a "free" estimate. toilet was leaking in the tank. He talked negatively about my kohler brand...but promote his own brand that he carried. he also told me that Kohler parts were VERY expensive. he said that I needed a new float and flap part..he called his distributor and quoted me $471.00 to put these pieces in.. I called Kohler, told them the problem. they told me that it appeared to be only a flap..that cost $6.53...I bought it from a local kohler dealer...put it in and fixed the problem..total joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone with a brain. if you do get an estimate, get another one or do your research.I am livid that I was targeted by leak Dr. to try and take advantage of a 70 year old..I may be dumb...but I am not stupid. I thought this type of sales approach was long gone...but not with the Leak Dr.
