I think it's funny that Yelp implemented this "review update" process, and then emailed me to ask me if I wanted to do any updates on this negative review I wrote- Yeah, I still curse San Tan VW every time I get the chance and have successfully driven business away from their location because of what a cluster fuck they seem to be running over there. They tried to contact me after I wrote my terrible review, I did speak with them, but they were still completely unaccommodating to any of the issues I had. I'm glad I spent $5000 on their fucking extended warranty because I would have spent over $17000 out of pocket fixing the piece of shit car they never should have sold me, instead of the $5,400 I DID end up spending after all was said and done. I got rid of the car 7 months ago because it needed an additional $5500 - $12000 worth of work (not covered under the stupid extended warranty) after I had replaced the transmission in October. The dealership I sold it to actually wanted the contact information of the person who sold me the vehicle because after I traded it in, they said it almost needs to be deemed totaled for the amount of repair it needs. I thought they were going to have a heart attack when I told them I'd only owned it for little over a year and 10 months. At the time of purchase, I was told this car was the owner's wife's and she just didn't want it anymore - yadda yadda- they gave me an out of date car fax report with it, that didn't show the previous owner wrecking the vehicle. So thanks for the dishonesty. Your dealership is a joke. It seems like this dealership is doing all they can to piss off clients who aren't buying a brand new VW. Even the VW model is getting unreliable... German cars, HENCHO EN MEXICO.
