The worst. Waiting in line for pickup... staff huddled around their screens trying to explain away the complications of technology. Disorganized, unresponsive, distracted. Finally they started service, then staggered through discussions with colleagues, telephone calls, and bewilderment. Ugh... worst gets even worse. Like ping pong between staff trying to get an invoice and pay.
