Bank of America you have to do better man. Like I come to this branch occasionally and I swear it's never less than about a 15 minute wait. I get it they are trying to downsize but all I as that is on a PEAK Friday why would you only have 2 tellers working? I'm not even mad at them because they can't control the staffing and they are doing the best that they can. I've been there before and I know it's not fun when your management staff's the way they want to. perception becomes reality so to the customer when we see the break room door opened with people in there and the two people struggling out front it just doesn't look good. In the lobby they sometimes have a person that's there but he's not effective! Blah only come when I need to withdrawal over what the ATM allows me to do..
