We pull up to go inside the lobby at 945 on a Saturday and the hours on the window for the lobby say they're open until 12 midnight (yes I looked at the lobby hours not the drive thru hours) so we go to pull the door and it's locked. The girl mopping looks up at us, says nothing, motions nothing, and then just continues to mop. By this time the drive thru is piling up even more. They not only have the lobby closed but there's one drive thru lane open even though they just have 2 installed 2 weeks ago. So needless to say we just left and went to the Higley and Brown which is way further from us but always have great service! Their lobby was open and drive through move along quickly.
