Made the mistake of hiring these guys. Their "representative" has been a slacker the entire way. He drafted up plans for our back yard after literally taking one measurement! And even that was wrong. We've had to demand - seriously demand - to be shown samples of the rock, patio pavers, artificial turf, etc. that was to be used in our backyard. I even had to demand they put a finished border around my patio....not gravel kicked up next to the cut edge they tried to do.
