This was my go-to cleaners for years. But it's since sold and is now under new owners/managers. Three times they haven't been open when I've stopped by about 30 minutes after opening & before closing. Once they couldn't find my clothes because they hadn't properly labeled the items. And the last time I went I found a black stain on my white dress-shirt a few days later when I went to wear it.
I had initially given them the benefit-of-the-doubt because of their recent acquisition. But their staff have other locations throughout the valley, so that should be no excuse.
I'm willing to pay a little more for a good and consistent experience... But I've found a much more reliable and less expensive alternative. And they're open when they say they'll be.
