This review is specifically for the tubing, not the ski & snowboard portion of the resort. I took my daughter and nephew here a few days ago after paying $60 for two tickets online. I did not get a ticket. There is no viewing area for parents so you will have a very difficult time watching your child or taking pictures. I was able to see the last half of the tubing slide area from an elevated vantage point I found and noticed every single person that was tubing was walking down the slide area while pulling their tube... WTF? Why pay $25 or $30 to walk and pull your tube? When my daughter and nephew got back in line I called them over and they said the tube wouldn't slide any longer after about one-third of the run. My daughter also said the metal hook that pulls the tubes back to the starting area hit her in the head. Neither of them wanted to continue after only going on one run. I went back to the ticket desk and asked for a refund because the tube slide was not a slide but a walk. I received a firm and rude response by the young punk behind the counter, so I asked for his manager. He radioed the tube slide manager who met me in the front of the tube slide area. He explained that the snow gets slushy later in the day, which prevents the tubes from sliding down the hill. 1) Nowhere was that indicated, online or at the resort. 2) This was the 2nd session of the day at 11:30am. I explained that to him and he refunded my money. Unless it's a heavy snow season and really cold, I won't take my daughter here again.
