I have been hunting and into archery for the vast majority of my life and also work in customer service and have never been treated so badly. Went into the location because they were listed as a Barnett dealer, i had to get a piece fixed for a crossbow so i my father who just had triple bypass could use for an upcoming elk hunt. The guy working the front had an attitude and looked at me as if i was an idiot for coming into his store because and i quote "i dont know why were listed on that site we dont do anything with them" ok thats fine Barnett may of made a mistake, than since it was a common piece i asked if they had one i could purchase. After once again being treated like less than a human for asking a question the gentleman told me i need to talk to someone else. He told me he'd notify him, as i stand there for ten minutes he does not notify the guy. Finally the guy comes and again rudely asks "what do you want", i explain the situation again and he simply says no cant help you. This is the closest archery shop to me yet i will choose to travel further to get better customer service. I spend most of my time and money into hunting and they have lost plenty of customers for the way they acted. Do not give them your business.
