I had no problems with greyhound bus my entire trip from ny to montreal and back. The buses were nice, relaxing and comfortable. Although the leg space is not too a lot, one has to understand it is a bus. The driver Ronaldo, was very nice and professional, great guy! The outlets are functional, but may be loose and your outlet plug my fall out. I expected bad service because greyhound has been notoriously known to give bad service, and it didnt help that reaching a human representitive is next to impossible over the phone unless you google "grey hound customer service human" and use that number. However, the service of the bus was five stars for me.
