I had Michelle and she was great. The other people there were great also. I no longer have insurance they accept. Now I have Cigna HMO. I went in when I hurt my shoulder in Sept and although they do not take my insurance Michelle did give me a free consolation on her own time. She gave me two pages of exercises and told me to be sure to do them as she did not want me to get "Frozen shoulder". I did the exercises however 6 months down the road I still have limited movement and pain in my right shoulder and can not move my right hand backwards very far. To say Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy really care about the well being and pain of their patients and go out of their way is an understatement. I just wish I had better insurance coverage. Will let you know how I do. Thanks for the TLC.
