Citizen Public has some great reviews and they are justified. My husband and I were seated in the smaller dining area inside. It was a nice location out of the heat on the patio, and quieter than the big dining area. We got there at the end of the Happy Hour and tried the Artichoke (soooo tender), and the Bone Marrow with Ricotta Pancakes (pancakes were great rolled around the marrow but there was very little marrow to share). The Grilled Peach Salad sounded very good and it was different so we both ordered that. We were disappointed and we provided feedback to our waiter. The peaches were not ripe. They were too hard and lacked flavor. (More on this below). For our main courses my husband had the Pan Seared Scallops (which he loved) and I had the Flat Iron Steak (very good!) Partway through our meal our waiter showed up with the chicken version of their famous chopped salad to make up for the disappointing peach salads. I had told him earlier I wasn't fond of smoked salmon so he had one made with chicken instead. OMG! I could not stop eating it. It was delicious and full of different tastes and textures. We topped off the meal with the Heart of Caramel dessert. We were already stuffed but couldn't pass up trying a dessert (good!). We will be back.
