This is one place I will never be returning to.
I came here to treat my little sister. We came in and went to choose a color while waiting for someone to take us.
After a minute, one of the employees rushed us and told us to hurry up though there was no one else waiting.
So my sisters nails: the color was old and didnt even show up. They REFUSED to repaint them but said they could paint over it. How ridiculous! It takes a second to tale off the old, crappy polish. They justified this because she chose the pilish abd they didnt choose it for her. The woman was imcredibly rude about it. Also, there was a lot of residue under her nails she later had to remove.
My nails: weren't as bad but there was polish on my skin in several places, the technician cut me and the products ended up stinging. Also, this is the only place I have ever had a PAINFUL manicure... even hours after.
The technitian was rude and unpleasent and also did not care about the quality of her customers nails.
