You can pay cash or credit/debit. They have the square card readers and you can leave your tip on the card as well.
This salon is very clean-also a huge bonus. The owner was cleaning the nail polish bottles one day I was there because she didn't like the dust on the top of the bottles, that's how clean they are! It's very modern and girly on the inside. Such a cute design. They have a place for you to hang your bag which is nice so you don't have to place it on the ground.
I've been twice to Fecility's. The first time I went to see Brandi. She did a good job on the cut, it was just a trim with a few length layers. There was no one else in the salon the day I went, so it was just me and Brandi. I personally prefer to go to a salon with lots of staff and music and a fun atmosphere-but maybe that's just me.
My second visit was scheduled with Jenn. When I arrived to the salon that afternoon I was informed that Jenn was not feeling well and another stylist would be doing my hair if that was okay. At first I was a little ticked because they had all day to call and let me know, but they did not. The stylist also never introduced herself and I only learned who it was through a conversation from others in the salon. Again it was a quite day at the salon, but it did help to have two others there. Angela was the stylist who did my hair, I was actually happy she did my hair. It was again just a trim, but she cut it in a different way that I've never seen before and it turned out really good. I will be back to her next time!
