The front desk is great. The wait time is terribe. TWICE i have waited with my mom for an hour and a half to see her doctor that is done with her in five minutes. When prompted what the doctor said her response is he doesn't talk to me. I tell him what I'm feeling and he sends me on my way to a specialist or the pharmacy. It's time to get mom to a doctor that doesn't over schedule and actually takes a few minutes to explain what's wrong or not.
