My sliding glass door and bathroom window were broken by burglars which left us with no choice but to air condition the great outdoors, or let the July summer heat take over our home. It was miserable. Glass Doctors had the fastest solutions in an urgent situation. The work was sufficient, they didn't follow through on some details but it seemed due to lack of organization than lack of intent. I appreciated their hunger for my business and went with them because how couldn't I when they showed up promptly, cleaned the shattered glass ("Molly Maided me"), boarded my door, and entertained me (they're like The Odd Couple) all without asking for any deposit. My new glass arrived and was installed within a week. I just wish they finished the details.
