First off Eloff Perez is a top notch Realtor and is very good at what he does. My home sold in 4 days while homes in my neighborhood have been sitting on average 180 +days. He's thorough and honest and made sure my home sale went through without a hitch and he gave 110%.
Do yourself a favor and pay attention to the reviews from his ACTUAL clients versus the whiner with the bankruptcy and bad credit that left the ONLY 1 star. (Speaks volumes about that person doesn't it. Bitter much?) If your credit is in that bad of shape you should focus on paying your debts and not whining because a Realtor with integrity told you to speak to a lender for more information. Some people have nerve.
