DON'T EVER GO INTO THIS STORE THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI went into this store for the first time on 11/6/16 to purchase a short charge for a Samsung 3 phone to attached to a battery charger. A young girl waited on me and showed me that they only had a 3' cord, which was much longer than what I wanted. She said she had never seen a short cord like I was describing. It was for a birthday present and I was concerned that I wouldn't find one in time to present my gift so I asked her several times if I could return it. She said as long as I returned it within 2 weeks there would be no problem for a full refund. As it turned out I did find a shorter cord and my husband went to take the cord back that I purchased ag Go Wireless. By the way today is 11/10/16, three days later. My husband was met by a very rude sales person who advised him that he was bringing back unsaleable merchandise (it hadn't even been taken out of the box) and that he was going to have to charge a 25% re-stocking charge. The man said he didn't need our business and didn't care if we ever came back. We live in the small city of Surprise AZ and this attitude toward customers is appalling!!!
