My friend I decided to try out Izzy Fitness on a Saturday. The class was with Victoria I think her name was and the class was called Zoo-Umba. 30 min Zumba, 30 min Tabate, 30 min kettles bells ( wich we did not even do because the instructor did not have experience with ) and then 30 min of core. ( I was supposed to be with Isabell but she was at some training)
First off, the room is long an Narrow...there was about 15 of us and we were bumping into each other. There was only one type of dance ( Latin ) we used a lot of the same moves.
When it came time to working our core it was hard to understand the instructor because of the music.
At one point the instructor belittled my friend infront of the class. We were doing a move with our pelvis and my friend who is hard of hearing had to look at the instructor to understand her to see exactly what she was doing. The instructor then stops what shes doing and asks my friend "if she knows what a pelvis is" and my friend replied " yes I was just watching you " the instuctor said " well I thought you were questioning me". My point is, that was just plane rude!!!!
Overall, my experience was horrible, I would not recommend that studio to anyone, it is NOT worth the money. I sweat more cutting carrots than I did at this Zumba class.
