I just left there about an hour ago after struggling to get some gas for nearly 30 minutes. I was in a hurry. Computer system wasn't working too well for some things, understandable. I paid 40 dollars for some gas, went outside and tried to pump it. The gas wouldn't pump and the small screen read "wait for pump authorization". I understand that this means they need to authorize the pump from insode to pump gas. I figured maybe something was wrong with the register or maybe the lady forgot to authorize, it happens, no problem. But when I asked, I was treated like a dumbass, the woman told me I already pumped 30 dollars of my gas which was not true, then she told me I didn't know how to pump gas, even asked another customer to show me how to pump gas. She reprinted a receipt from a previous transaction that took place 15 minutes before I even got to the gas station AMD told me it was mine and that I had already pumped 30 dollars worth. I told her I would show her that my tank was empty and that the pump was not pumping and I wasn't too dumb to figure out how to use a gas pump. Then she said somebody else must have pumped my gas, and asked me if somebody else had pumped my gas, then continued to say I wasn't using the pump correctly. More customers came in and she got into an argument with another one over the register not working after she didn't tell anyone about it and they had already had their drinks poured etc. She had a bad attitude, and didn't know how to talk to people. Terrible service. I felt very insulted. It is not my fault that either to register system wasn't working, or the idiot behind the counter was screwimg up, either way, I was nothing but a paying customer and paid for the right to be treated as such. (P.S. it wasn't the usual sweet Caucasian lady I've encountered before, it was a younger, dumber woman, if I had the time I'd go back and get her name, but its not worth it.)
