Somebody please open up an independent dry cleaners downtown. Anybody but Klinke.
For starters, if they machine press your shirts they smash the collars - not what I want for $100 custom-made shirts. So I ask for them to hand-press the shirt - almost $9. To dry clean a comforter - $38. Oh, and a comforter doesn't count as a "piece" so I can't use the $5 coupon. And when I downloaded the "app" to see the "exclusive" coupons there was one whole coupon.
Their only redeeming grace is "in by 10 out by 4". They have held true to that. But downtown desperately needs an independent dry cleaners to give these guys some competition.
