Went on the 10:30am tour with Fran on 5/27/17. Fran was super nice and provided us with good historical information. This is a tour that you ideally want to schedule during the first or second day you are in town. Based on my reading of previous reviews, it looks like past tours got more food, so yes, the fat American in me is jealous. Our tour included half a bagel with toppings (good but not better than New York bagels), carrot cake (really good), Portuguese salad and soup (the portions were too small), traditional Montreal dish/shepherds pie (quite good), beer and cheese (the drink was a mini size and I think we deserved a bottle or half a pint) and Montreal bread pudding (simply amazing). Overall this was a good tour and I highly recommend!
