Being from Texas, I have eaten my share of catfish. I had not found a good catfish place in Arizona, that is, until today. After reading all the glowing reviews I had to try this place and it did not disappoint. The man behind the counter said it was the best in the Valley, but he was wrong. It is the best in the Southwest. I have lived in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, and nowhere have I had such delightful fried catish. This place is 20 miles from my house, but I get the feeling they'll be seeing a lot more of me.
