I Honestly don't know how this place is even running. the place made me itch. You would think a plasma center would be clean but its everything but clean. There was a freakin bug on the donating bed i was about to sit in and the arm rest had some kind of dried up fluid dripped from the side. The female Dr with glasses and black hair was the rudest and because of HER error, had to do an entire process of questions all over again. the staff seem like they were hired off the streets. I cant get over how they lack cleanliness. Especially on the beds we sit in, no disinfecting or whipping down of any sort. They just call you back and i could even see the sweat marks from the previous person on some beds. Completely disgusted. And on top of that, they dont let you wait inside if you're waiting for someone, they ask you to wait oitside. No seating or shade. Keep in mind its 106 degrees outside. Ridiculous
