I'm local and got brought in by their "get to know you" promotion for a low-price oil change and check-up. I know I could get oil changes done elsewhere for cheaper, but I like knowing people are going to do a good job with my car and the check-up part was a plus since I just drove across the country a month ago. They seem very honest and they really like having all these great reviews so I doubt they'll stop having great service any time soon.
