Is there a way to give zero stars?? This company deserves absolutely no positive feedback because, as those who have reviewed before me have stated, they suck. They do more than just suck. They are the worst.
I had a doctors visit at which I had some
"routine" and "preventive" tests done after expressing to my doctor that I had no concerns. She informed me that these tests were preventive and therefore covered by my Health Net plan. A few months later- surprise! I get a bill from the lab for the tests. I called health net to ask why I was being charged, and they blamed the doctors office for incorrect codes. After finding out that this wasn't the case I called back, and was given more inaccurate and useless information. After calling AGAIN I was told by a higher-up that I shouldn't have been charged and they would reprocess my claim. Over the next month I called to check in on the status of the claim multiple times, and was told it was "being processed." Then after the supposed 30 business days required for reprocessing I called and was told that NO ONE HAD EVER SENT THE CLAIM BACK!!
I have talked to at least 10 people from health net, NONE of which were competent enough to resolve my problem, and now I am paying for services I never even needed that should have been covered by the insurance to avoid collections. Health Net does not give a RAT'S @$$ about anyone.
